Just as a side-note, I've made a few purchases from She Inside and except for the wait time and no communication with tracking I love the pieces. Did some research before my first purchase and there are a ton of really bad reviews. So, my advice is to make a purchase at your own risk.
On to DanceAfrica.
DanceAfrica is the Brooklyn Academy of Music's longest running program it celebrates the cultural vitality of Africa and its diaspora through dance, art, film and an outdoor bazaar.
I wore my orange hi-lo dress from ASOS with my gladiator flats from UrbanOg and added my F21 sunflower headband. I've attended Dance Africa in the past but this year was definitely my favorite experience. We joined Jewel from Jewel’s Vintage Closet and a few of her friends and we began making our way through the larger than usual crowd. The vendors had some great products, a bit on the pricey side but beautiful nonetheless. I focused on the beautiful people. Black is really beautiful and I appreciate it now more than ever! We ran into some of our favorite entrepreneurs and bloggers.
Cheers to Summer Summertime.
Hope yours is off to a great start!
